Review (by Dominik Fehr, April 2024): I stayed in Herat for 1 night in Amiri Hotel. I contacted them in advance and arriving super early was no problem without any extra costs. I asked them if I can stay for 1.500 as other travelers did before and they accepted it directly. The hotel was nice. First Hotel with a security check and an elevator. The room was compared to other rooms a bit smaller, but totally fine. Pretty hard matress again. Very hot nad strong shower. Just Arabian toilet. Good WiFi for the standards here. Good stay there, can recommend it.
