Wow! What a place.

It may not seem like much if you’re landing in Kabul from home, but after 2 weeks crossing the country, this place is a haven.

The rooms are very clean with proper beds and sheets. Sit-down toilet and clean shower. The entrance is just opposite the entrance of the Iranian embassy.

There’s a checkpoint right before, use the left lane to access the property.
There secure parking in the courtyard for a few bikes and cars (don’t know the clearance to pass the gate though).

1,500 AFN with private bathroom and 500 extra for a/c (single).

Stayed in early September.

Price was 2500 (2000 with bargaining since I saw that price on booking.com)- for 2 people with fan room and breakfast.

Room was on lower floor which shares a bathroom with the opposite room. Bathroom was fine with hot shower working sometimes. Bedroom was very comfortable and clean with windows overlooking garden. Has good wifi.
Breakfast was scrambled eggs, cucumber tomato and apple with green tea in a pot. Staff were nice. Good location. And there was a friendly dog also which was nice. Garden was a highlight.
