I stayed at Rahat Guest House for 3 days and had a really nice experience.

Good location (all sorts of shops around, 10 min walking from the Blue Mosque).

I picked a room with no street view and it was really quiet.

My room had AC, TV and western style toilet.

The staff was really kind and helpful: once I mentioned the places I wanted to visit, they translated my whole itinerary to the taxi driver (who didn't speak English) and made sure to keep his phone number.


Wi-Fi;

Free bottled water and tea all day;

Breakfast: tea, coffee, bread, eggs, vegetables, nuts, jam, cheese.

I arrived early morning, paid 2000 for 1 person.
Smell smoke, found USED TOWEL in bath room.
Previous guest smokin the room.

Cant sleep, cant breath, even the AC smell smoke.
feeling like in bus station.

Staff spray perfume, but didn’t helps is smoke gone.

No compensation. Extend also need to pay 2000

Not worth it. Rafat hotel is better just have to look on map carefully.
