Restaurant on top floor with good views of city.

NO free airport pick-up or drop-off as indicated on homepage Security very high, search of person and baggage before entering Very central located.

Room 3000 AFN (42 USD) with breakfast.

We stayed at End of August. Room was 3000 for 2 people.
There was initially a problem because we were not married. So after some convincing from a local friend the receptionist "spoke to his manager" and he said it was fine to stay but we must tell people we are married if asked.

Amazingly clean and comfortable room, hot water, clean towels, toiletries, kettle and tea bags, refrigerator, safe, free laundry (guy asks for a tip afterwards) free breakfast from 7am to 9am (egg, pasta with sausage, falafel, bread, fruits, jelly, juice ect.) Room service, rooftop sitting area.
Felt like a 5 star stay.
