Just want to let everyone know that we found an affordable hotel in Kandahar that accepts foreigners! 1,000 AFN for a triple room (without bargaining). Shared bathrooms, friendly workers, WiFi, clean rooms, and good central location.

Rundown place, central location, friendly staff.

1,000 AFN for a triple with shared bathroom, 1,200 AFN for a double with private bathroom (squat toilet, not so clean), without bargaining.

Looks like locals get rooms in the 500-800 range.

No AC, cooler and fan.

WiFi kind of works intermittently.

Underground parking for bikes.

Simple room with fan and cooler and 2 beds. No hot water. Wifi. Room and bathroom small. Friendly staff. Very good location for Kandahar.
